GIVES
TECHNICAL RADIOMETER
ANTENNA: Parable first fire from 1,5mt D.
SEZIONE LNB: Illuminator (INVACOM 0,3 NFs) 50db Gain. 10/12GHZ
RECEIVER Total Power: RAL 10 (By Radioastrolab)

ANTENNE DIRETTIVE: Yagi 6 el VHF / Yagi 8 el UHF
CAVO Antenna Directive Yagi (RG 213)
SISTEMA Di Analysis da PC (Radio Metrics)
SCHEDA Di Acquisition (12 bit)
Il following system is able to be
able to observe il I transit of radio sorgenti che they send forth in the
continuous one.
During two annis they have been recorded numerous transits of sources among
which il Sole, Luna , Radio galaxy M31
in Andromeda, Galactic Center.
The transits have been observed to the frequency of 10/12
GHZs in this banda of frequency particular
artificial interferences they are not accused except in the portions of sky
in which the television geostationary satellites are positioned.
Knowing therefore such position results possible under conditions stable
meteo to effect interesting sessions osservative astronomic radio.
Nevertheless the gang of the 10GHZ
results to be very sensitive to the passage of cloudy bodies
(Hydro Meteors) that some
times hide the observations of the rising radios in transit in the cone
radio of the parable.

RADIO OBSERVATION ECLIPSE TOTAL MOON
March 3 th 2007
Final relationship
L'eclisse of Moon
particular astronomic event has always been observed using optic tools, but
never in gang radio and particularly to the frequency of 11GHZ.
In this portion of frequency it is possible to realize interesting sessions
osservative astronomic radio through the use of sensitive Radiometers, tools
able to measure the thermal issues sent forth by the celestial bodies in
gang radio.
The analysis of the picked data brings further information and details,
impossible to optically follow, in virtue of this principle the day March 3
rd 2007 has been realized for the first time a radio observation of the
total eclipse of moon to the frequency of 11GHZ.
L'esperiment was contemplated to the measurement of the variation of temperature of
the lunar ground during the whole phase of the eclipse, this phenomenon it
provokes on the lunar superfice a notable due thermal start to the cone of
shade of the earth.
La measures you/he/she has been effected realizing some lunar transits in
the bundle of a parable first fire from 1.5 mt of diameter, the spar it has
an opening of bundle of around 1,2° equivalent to the total diameter of two
placed side by side moons.
The observation is initiated to the hours 21.40 UTCs, after a beginning of
evening marked by the worrisome transit of cloudy idrometeore(corpi), in
degree to hide the radios observations; in fact the frequency of 11Ghz
results to be very sensitive to the atmospheric component.
Realized graphic Dai is possible to observe a notable variation of
temperature più accented in the central phase of the eclipse.
Il primo di grafico di reference to the hours 20.53 UTC represents the
beginning of the eclipse with an elevated and constant temperature of the
lunar ground for the whole transit.
Il according to graphic it represents the maximum one some eclipse to the
hours 23.20 UTCs with an evident but constant attenuation of the
temperature.
The third graph represents the phase of exit of the moon from the totality
of eclipse times 00.00 UTCs, the layout it underlines a thermal activity
più accented in the first halves the graph and more constant in the second
part of the same.
Graphic quarter represents the exit of the moon from the totality of the
shade, the evanescence of the signal it is motivated from the fast cooling
of the lunar ground.
La final totality of the phenomenon has been observed to the hours 02.09
UTCs the temperature of brillanza of the lunar ground is almost returned to
the normalcy as you/he/she can also be noticed by the ampleness of the same
signal, even if it still results present in the transit a thermal component
not perfectly stable.
The whole phase I Remove osservativa you/he/she has been realized in total
absence of phenomenons transitory meteo, in degree to influence the
observation instrumental Radio metrics of the phenomenon.
The evolution of the observed phenomenon imposes more deepened studies on
the composition of the lunar ground but particularly on the behavior of the
same in the microwaves; of notable interest radio observations of the lunar
superfice to lower frequencies as the 5GHZ would result.
Used instrumentation:
1) Parabolic spar from 1,5mt Diameter
2) Receiver Total Power: Ral 10
3) program of data processing (Radiometric)
4) motorization Azimuthal Tall spar
5) Illuminator to low loss 03 noises 55db
6) Pc Pentium 4
